We’re a small, agile team of web developers
Backed up by amazing robots and some fantastic support and assistance …
Founder and long-time code-hacker, Wes mainly focuses on account management and strategy to grow and improve Fusions, but can't resist the odd coding session too.
Wes enjoys travelling, made easier by being a minimalist who once lived out of a backpack for five months.
A top-notch PHP developer, Liam has previously managed ecommerce product review databases, as well as system integrations within the optical industry.
With his interest in magic from a young age, we have to keep a close eye on the cards during our planning poker sessions!
Experienced in retail systems and in working with API-centric platforms, Andy is now applying his skills to help Fusions grow.
Incredibly thorough and capable of untangling the messiest complexities, Andy enjoys being a part of our distributed team – working from home and meeting up with the team regularly.
Having worked with Wes and Will in the past, before spending several years in Canada, Jamie liked us so much that he rejoined team Fusions!
Well known in the PHP community for his Awesome PHP list, he expertly finds ways to improve code reuse, quality and robustness.
With a keen eye for detail and code quality/standards, Will rounds out the Fusions team, working on new PIM features and improved usability.
Will is happiest working with zero interruptions, turbocharged wi-fi and a steady stream of tea. A big Liverpool fan, he builds football widgets in his spare time.
Support and assistance
We wouldn’t get it all done without open-source, automation, and the help of these fantastic people …
Without automation, we’d need twice as many people and our communication overheads would be significantly higher.
We take pride in our development and operational processes, ensuring our server configurations can quickly be replicated. Focusing on the important, by automating the rest, is key to how we work.
Qualified proofreader and copy-editor with systems UAT experience from the banking sector, Gordon cleans up our written words and advises on user experience flows.
Our financial expert, Debbie, ensures that we all get paid on time, chases naughty overdue invoices and checks our VAT returns are in tip-top shape. So thankfully we can get on with writing code instead.
